Are the products in New Zealand?
Yes – all products are stocked in New Zealand and ready to ship.
How fast is shipping?
We aim to send orders the same day or next working day.

Non-rural: 1–3 working days

Rural: Around 5 working days
We use NZ POST.
Authority to Leave is granted by default unless you request a signature or make other arrangements.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Pickup is available for orders over $400 from Greenhithe, Auckland.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
We sure do – your order will be shipped in recyclable R3pack courier bags
.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes – all products include a 1-year warranty (unless otherwise stated).
Do you service the products you sell?
Yes, we’re able to service many of the products we offer. Just reach out if you need help.
